General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

  1. Scope
    These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders and services made through this website.

  2. Conclusion of Contract
    The contract is concluded as soon as you submit an order, and it is confirmed by us.

  3. Payment Terms
    Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the website.

  4. Right of Withdrawal
    Our policy states that used, opened, or damaged items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items (perfumes, beauty products, creams, lotions, etc.)

  • Items with a quantity of 10 ml or less

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with clear signs of use

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tapes, or records that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • If a gift was included in the order and a return request has been made, the gift cannot be returned if it has been used or damaged by the user. The gift's price will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
For in-store deliveries, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
You can return unwanted goods within 14 days (if eligible) of collection at our store in Dinslaken, Germany, free of charge. Please bring the unwanted item and the corresponding proof of purchase to the store. Depending on the situation, you will either receive a replacement for the item or a store credit.

Exempt from Exchange Rights

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • Goods that do not work properly due to user error;

  • Goods that are not pre-made and for which individual selection or specification by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;

  • Goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would pass quickly;

  • Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

  • Audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals except for subscription contracts.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us with the details at adamparfumerie5@gmail.com.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 5. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

6. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction, insofar as permitted, shall be our place of business.
